1. Introduction – 6-10 min
2. Resilience – 15-20 min
3. A Short Movie – Atmosphere Video – 4-5 min
4. Depleting and Renewing Emotions – 8-12 min
5. Heart-Focused Breathing TM Technique (HFB) – 12-15 min
6. Inner-Ease TM Technique (IET) – 19-20 min
7. The Physiology of Coherence and Optimal Functioning—Brief Overview Only, discuss more in class two – 5 min
8. Demo the emWave® Pro or emWave2 – 5-7 min
9. Homework Assignment. Pick 1-2 every day applications for HFB or IET. Practice often. Write down –5 min. Discuss next week,
Class Two
1. Begin with a short IET or HFB – 1-2 min
2. Review key ideas from last time – 3-4 min
3. Homework Discussion – 10 min
4. The Physiology of Coherence and Optimal Functioning – 10 min
5. Show In Sync/Out of Sync Whiteboard Animation – 3 min
6. Depletion to Renewal Grid – 20-25 min
7. Quick Coherence® Technique (QCT) including an Appreciation activity – 8-10 min
8. emWave® Demo – 6-10 min. Or as an option, hand out emWave2 units for practice – 20 min 9. Building and Sustaining Resilience (prep, shift and reset, sustain) – 6 min
10. Homework Assignment: Pick 1-2 every day applications for prep, reset or sustain. Practice often. Write down – 5 min. Discuss next week.
Class Three
1. Begin with a short IET or HFB – 1-2 min. If using emWave2 units, hand out for practice – 5 min
2. Review key ideas from last time – 3-4 min
3. Homework Discussion – 10 min
4. Practical Intuition – 10 min
5. Freeze Frame® Technique (FFT) – 10-12 min.
6. Relational Energetics – 12 min
7. Energetics of Communication – 8 min
8. Coherent Communication Technique (CCT). Exercise 18-20 min. This is an important exercise to build group coherence.
9. Homework assignment. Pick 1-2 every day applications for relationship building practice. Write down – 5 min. Discuss next week.
Class Four
1. Begin with a short IET or HFB –1-2 minutes. If using emWave2 units, hand out for practice. 5 min
2. Review key ideas from last time – 3-4 min

4. Sleep and Resilience – 3 minutes
5. Balanced Care vs. Overcare – 10 min
6. Establishing a New Baseline – 6 min
7. Heart Lock-In® Technique (HLI) – 7-10 min. May use emWave2 technology? Add another 10 minutes if you do.
8. Strategies for Building Resilience Capacity – 10 min to define simple routines and practices in daily life.
9. Next Steps discussion. Opportunities for use with kids – 5-7 minutes.
